PATRIOT PARK is an excellent place to take your dog for a walk! This beautiful park is filled with historical information and lighted replicas of some of our nation's most popular landmarks like the Liberty Bell, and The Statue of Liberty. It's located behind The Old Mill Restaurant in Pigeon Forge. A picnic pavilion is located on the property in case you and your pet decide to have a bag lunch. Lots of ducks and birds are inside the park. GREAT SMOKIES FLEA MARKET is great and serves as the perfect shopping experience for you and your dog! The Flea Market even has a specific booth for dogs! Dogs can shop outside on a leash, however, inside the Flea Market owners are asked to carry their pet, or use a stroller. THE ISLAND is another shopping venue for you and your dog! Not only are there lots of shops, there are lots of amusements and restaurants you can enjoy. Pets may not be permitted inside of some of the shops, restaurants, or amusements. The best idea if you have your pet along is to ask the person in charge if your pet is allowed to come with you.
SMOKY MOUNTAIN RIVER RAT is definitely going to be an adventure for you and your dog especially if your pet likes to go tubing, or Kayaking! It's a beautiful day on the Little River as you and "Fido" relax and enjoy those beautiful mountain views. Every member of the family, including the dog is invited to Townsend, TN which is about 13 miles from Pigeon Forge. PET SAFE UNLEASHED DOG PARK is located in Sevierville, Tn. There are two separate areas: one for smaller dogs, the other for large dogs. The dogs will enjoy water, and shade during their trip to the park. Benches are available for relaxation as your dog plays. Wi-Fi is available along with a designated parking area for the handicapped. It is required by City and State law that your pet be vaccinated before visiting the park! This park is open from 8:00 AM - 9:00 P.M. daily April - October and 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. November - March.
